1792 FLORAL PENNY RUG

The 1792 Floral Penny Rug is a reproduction of a 1792 fancywork piece. Flowers & herbals inspired early needlework designs used on household objects. Vintage colors are used in keeping with the time period. Made with fulled wool felt and embellished with embroidery. 20" in diameter, lined, signed, & dated. $200 includes S&H. Beautiful & elegant

ANTIQUE REPRODUCTION PENNY RUG

This antique reproduction penny rug is made in the historic manner, using coin shapes stacked to create a design. Made with wool fulled wool felt. Decorated with embroidery, it measures 8” x 14” and is lined with complementary homespun. The tongues were added for decoration and were also used as pen wipes. Lined, signed, & dated. $95 includes S&H.

MINIATURE HOOKED RUG

Little Sister's Bird, a miniature hooked rug, is a reproduction of an 1847 quilt piece. Worked in Russian punch needle embroidery using hand dyed thread in colors of the original design. Backed with wool, signed & dated. Ready for hanging or table display. The finished punched piece is 2 1/2"x3 3/4" mounted in a 4"x6" wood frame. $80 incl S&H.
